Grape Greek Yogurt Tart

Ingredients:

  • 1 10-inch pre-made graham cracker pie crust

  • 1 1/2 cups 2% Greek yogurt

  • 15 ounces low fat ricotta cheese

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 small pouch unflavored gelatin (about 1 tablespoon)

  • 2 cups green and red California grapes, sliced in half

Directions:

Gently stir together the Greek yogurt, ricotta cheese and honey. Add vanilla and gelatin and stir until well combined. Pour into the pie crust and refrigerate for 1 hour. Arrange the top of the tart with grapes. Refrigerate for another 1-2 hours or until set.
